CrossingPoints students receive employment training at job sites on and off campus at The University of Alabama for 12 weeks each semester. They work Monday through Thursday from 9:00 – 11:45 AM. The employment training allows our students to gain authentic job skills in a real world setting, which gives them more opportunity to be gainfully employed upon graduation.
